David Leveroni

David Leveroni serves as Managing Director and Head of Investments, joining the firm in 2017. He oversees the firm's hedge fund, private equity, special situations and co-investment activities, and is responsible for leading the investment team and directing the firm's investment processes. Leveroni brings 20 years of investment management experience, with deep expertise in alternative investments and multi-asset class portfolio construction. His career has encompassed investment research, portfolio management, risk monitoring, institutional capital allocation, and the development of customized client investment solutions. Prior to A.W. Jones, he served as an Investment Analyst at a New York-based family office (2016–2017). Before that, he spent a decade as an Investment Analyst and Investment Committee Member at Permal Group (2006–2016), an industry-leading alternative asset management firm that operated as a subsidiary of Legg Mason, Inc., subsequently acquired by Franklin Templeton (NYSE: BEN). Leveroni received a B.S. from Emerson College (2003).
